2022年6月17日，國家主席習(xí)近平應(yīng)邀以視頻方式出席第二十五屆圣彼得堡國際經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇并發(fā)表致辭。中國外文局所屬當(dāng)代中國與世界研究院、中國翻譯研究院根據(jù)中央媒體及機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)布的中英文內(nèi)容，重點(diǎn)圍繞講話中的4點(diǎn)提議，梳理重要語匯，形成漢英對(duì)照版，供業(yè)界及相關(guān)人員參考使用。

一、四點(diǎn)“提議”

1. 塑造有利發(fā)展環(huán)境。

We need to foster an enabling environment for development.

要踐行真正的多邊主義，尊重并支持各國走符合本國國情的發(fā)展道路，建設(shè)開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，提升新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理中的代表性和發(fā)言權(quán)，促進(jìn)全球平衡、協(xié)調(diào)、包容發(fā)展。

It is important that we follow true multilateralism, respect and support all countries' pursuit of development paths suited to their national conditions, build an open world economy, and increase the representation and voice of emerging markets and developing countries in global economic governance, with a view to making global development more balanced, coordinated and inclusive.

2. 提振發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系。

We need to strengthen development partnerships.

要加強(qiáng)南北合作、南南合作，匯聚合作資源、平臺(tái)和發(fā)展伙伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)，增加發(fā)展援助，形成發(fā)展合力，彌合發(fā)展鴻溝。

It is important that we enhance North-South and South-South cooperation, pool cooperation resources, platforms and networks of development partnerships, and scale up development assistance, in order to forge greater synergy for development and close the development gap.

3. 推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程。

We need to advance economic globalization.

要加強(qiáng)發(fā)展政策、國際規(guī)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的軟聯(lián)通，摒棄脫鉤、斷供、單邊制裁、極限施壓，消除貿(mào)易壁壘，維護(hù)全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定，攜手應(yīng)對(duì)日趨嚴(yán)峻的糧食、能源危機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇。

It is important that we strengthen "soft connectivity" of development policies and international rules and standards, reject attempts at decoupling, supply disruption, unilateral sanctions and maximum pressure, remove trade barriers, keep global industrial and supply chains stable, tackle the worsening food and energy crises, and revive the world economy.

4. 堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)。

We need to pursue innovation-driven development.

要挖掘創(chuàng)新增長潛力，完善創(chuàng)新規(guī)則和制度環(huán)境，打破創(chuàng)新要素流動(dòng)壁壘，深化創(chuàng)新交流合作，推動(dòng)科技同經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合，共享創(chuàng)新成果。

It is important that we unlock the potential of innovation-driven growth, improve the rules and institutional environment for innovation, break down barriers to the flow of innovation factors, deepen exchanges and cooperation on innovation, facilitate deeper integration of science and technology into the economy, and make sure the fruits of innovation are shared by all.

二、其他重要表述

當(dāng)前，世界百年變局疊加世紀(jì)疫情，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化遭遇逆流，落實(shí)聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。

The world is faced with major changes and a pandemic both unseen in a century, economic globalization is facing headwinds, and there are unprecedented challenges to the implementation of the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

中國將繼續(xù)推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，堅(jiān)定不移擴(kuò)大高水平開放，推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”。中國愿同包括俄羅斯在內(nèi)的世界各國一道，共創(chuàng)發(fā)展前景，共享增長機(jī)遇，為深化全球發(fā)展合作、推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。

China will continue to promote high-quality development, expand high-standard opening-up with firm resolve, and pursue high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. China stands ready to work with Russia and all other countries to explore development prospects, share growth opportunities, and make new contributions to deepening global development cooperation and building aglobalcommunityof shared future .
